Kateřina Anna Magnna
Ms. Katerina Anna Magnna is a senior executive professional with extensive experience in international law, ICT law, trade, business, and diplomacy. She deals with AI regulation, AI application in practice and AI strategies. She has been working on topics as AI & Liability, IP Rights, or Responsible & Ethical AI. She is currently working for Microsoft, where she is responsible for Government Relations in several European countries. She is involved in projects in digital transformation & AI, strengthening the public-private partnership and following public policy. She is providing legal and business advice in commercial negotiations as well as legal and corporate affairs issues. Before that, she was an entrepreneur and built successful company of 50 employees. She pursued her career as legal counsel and with the European Commission. She holds a Ph.D. in Law, Executive MBA Degree, Diploma from Diplomacy, LLM in ICT Law and Master of Law and Economics from Switzerland. She holds certificates from Executive Programs on Negotiations from Harvard Law School, University of Oxford and INSEAD. She is a co-founder of the Czech Women in AI Platform of over 100 female AI professionals. She is an athlete and certified dressage rider and trainer.
