Monthly Clinic – January 2021

The CWAI platform launched back in October has grown into successful platform of +60 members, driven by Czech Women AI Leaders and expanding abroad to US, Chile, Israel, Sweden and Slovenia. As from January, the platform has launched regular online AI Monthly Clinics aiming to share best practices and expertise, expand networking and support joint endeavor promoting women in AI. The January edition was opened with inspiration keynote delivered by Stefan Engeseth, known as the worldwide expert in marketing, TED Talk speaker on women leadership, author of Detective Marketing or Sharkonomics. His keynote was followed by speech of Barbara Zitova, member of CWAI, Computer Scientist and Head of the Department of Image Processing – Academy of Sciences of the Czech Republic, sharing truly interesting project she is working on: AI in Art analysis: Leonardo da Vinci’s intentions revealed.

The program included the following speakers and topics:

1)  Stefan Engeseth, the a world known expert in Marketing and Leadership, author of several bestsellers as Detective Marketing or Sharkonomics and TED talk speaker on Women Leadership, opening the floor with Key Note applied to AI Women Leaders: Sharkonomics: Why female sharks bite harder!

2) Update from the CWAI Community:

Zuzana Ullrich , Senior Cognitive Computing Expert from IBM joining the CWAI Steering Committee

Growing cross-border outreach, currently in contact with women AI experts in US, Chile, Sweden, Israel and Slovenia
